AVE MARIA, Fla. --- Trevor Coules and Lauren Dunleavy were each named The Sun Conference Cross Country Runners of the Week for the week ending Oct. 19. This is the first TSC Weekly Honor for both runners this season.

Coules, a native of Fraser, Mich., ran the 8K in a time of 28:19.30 at the Berry College Invitational this past weekend. He finished in 60th place individually out of 185 runners.

Powell, Wyo. native, Dunleavy, ran a time of 24:20.90 in the 6k race to finish in 29th place out of 191 runners at the Berry Invitational this past weekend. This was the first 6k race of the season for the women's cross country team.

The Runnin Gyrenes will be back in action on Oct. 25, when they travel to Hardeeville, S.C. for the USCB Sand Shark Invitational.
